These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the BaxCo online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products

BaxCo sells fine art prints and related products. We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between the image displayed online and the physical print.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prints are supplied unframed.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the affected item or order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the BaxCo website in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be made through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, additional local taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address supplied at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The BaxCo name, branding, website design, product photography, written descriptions, restored artwork files, and other original material created by BaxCo may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

The underlying historical artworks represented in some BaxCo products may originate from public-domain sources. BaxCo does not claim ownership of copyright in an underlying public-domain work.

Website Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, BaxCo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applying to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
